You ever go around your town or city looking for a busy or lively bar, but the scene just seems to be dead tonight for whatever reason? That was me last night here in Portland. I rarely visit bars, just find them to loud, but was hoping to find someone interesting to talked. Don't know why but it felt like the city was having a moment of silence, I just don't know for what.
