i guess my hard work is paying off, and people are noticing. the people that matter. i was told today that the head chef is going to talk to the owner about giving me a raise. "jenna... you do so much here.. one hour of you here is like, two days of paul working here and getting the same things done...." sweet. we'll see what happeneds.

flooding = crazy!
i have never seen anything like what i have witnessed the past few days. uness it was on tv or something... but in my own "back yard". its nuts.
roads closed due to 8 foot water levels over them... its insane! and really shitty when your trying to deliver pizzas.. and you get all kinds of crazy detours and you have no idea where you are.
some lady today, blew through some road closed signs, thinking she wouldnt get stuck.. but instead - got stuck under 7 feet of water. my fireboys had to rescue her from her almost sunken car.

i got my tattoo - now.. i feel it needs some backstory here.. :: i HATE it when girls get tribal shit or little cutsie stars and moons on the small of their back, because they think it will look cute. i. cant. stand. that. really - its fine if theres some meaning behind it, and you plan it out.. but if someones just going to get something because its going to look cute, and so guys can stare at their ass - is unexceptable. so a few of my friends and i have dubbed those stupid tribal things a "hoe stamp". so what did i get? an actual Hoe Stamp. a stamp of a garden hoe on the small of my back. he said they are going to put it on the website. haha along with my copywrite - cause he did that one too.

my cat got out tonight, and i found him.. but because hes an asshole, he ran away from me. and i had to bribe him out of a mother huge pricker patch while i was getting stuck in them. and when i finally grabbed him he was fighting with me, so now it looks like i went to town with a razor blade on both my arms.
