wtf is so wrong with our society? worst mass shooting in U.S. history, what a proud moment. i guess i do not comprehend (nor do i want to) the rage that must exist in such an individual. to be so miserable, hateful and anger filled that one feels impelled to kill complete strangers is a nasty situation.
and the finger pointing and blame game has begun, maybe that is human nature. it will bring no one back...
i hear it being called "a tragic wake up call." wasn't Richard Speck or Columbine enough of a wake up call? wake up to what? the fact that, in reality, you are not safe anywhere? it is impossible to protect against this sort of action. and a very sad commmentary that this likely will lead to essentially less freedom for everyone.
and, gasp, maybe it is time that the U.S. not be the gun toting population it has become. especially hand guns. i am sure that statment will crank off countless individuals. yeeha ride 'em cowboy.
