When I stop to think about it, I find I am constantly walking the thin line between sanity from insanity. Not that thgis really scares me, since I think some of my fondest memories and greatest accomplishments spring forth from most would consider to be crazy ideas or unconventional thought. Mostly I take solice in the fact I born in the time period I was and not in some darker past whre unconventional thought was not only frowned upon, but dangerous.

The inquisition? Wouldn't have lasted second. The "Born Again Voodooist" bumpersticker on my car would have been good for at least a good burning at the stake and that would have been before I even opened my mouth. Also, I've had more than a few familiars in my life.

Even the Victorian times would have been a challenge, not so much that they weren't as open to less traditional thought, but that the sanitarium was a viable option for just about anything - especially if the family felt it was for your own good. I could see that happening many times while I was - actually stil am - growing up.

Other things that come to mind ............ wait, already? I need to log off, before they get to my room, it's time for my medication and if they read this it would probably mean even more shock therapy and I'm not sure if my insurance would cover it....................
