Russell has been a complete hero this past week, looking after me. I've been a bit sad, mostly because I've been exhausted. He hates to see me sad, he's such a sweetheart. He's been amazingly supportive and being with him makes me feel great. I guess when I'm not on top form I worry that I am disappointing company, but he makes me feel so loved and supported and comfortable. I don't think I've ever felt this comfortable. I think before I've worried that I had to control everything or it would fall apart, but with him I feel really safe, like I can relax and enjoy being with someone and not have to try too hard. It doesn't hurt that he is completely gorgeous and sexy too When we were at Alana's and we were all listening to muse (of course) and he was singing to me and I felt *wow* all these people are here and I'm the centre of your world like you are mine *wow* it was so sweet.

He'll be back from work soon so we can spend a few more hours together that we wouldn't have had if I had gone home today. I'm in Exeter on my own this weekend and though I have a million things to plan and sort out it will be like leaving a piece of me here with him till I come back. He's so great
