There once was a Pringle named Pete. Pete lived side by side with all of his brothers and sisters in Pringle tower. It was always dark at Pringle tower, and everyone knew their place. Pete didn't mind. he loved being above Kate and below Sam. One day Pete heard a earth shattering sound. Some of his brothers and sisters said it was like a pop but to him it didn't sound like a pop, it sounded more like something ripping. It was since that sound that the world of Pringle tower changed forever. The air was no longer fresh and pure, and the darkness didn't seem that dark anymore. Rumours spread though the tower like Chinese whispers. Pete asked Kate if she knew what was going on but she said that she had seen and heard nothing. Pete asked Sam the same question, Sam had a different story. Apparently Jeff, the guy who lives above Sam said that he had heard from Amy, the girl who lived above him that Claire, the girl who lived above Amy, had started talking about a blinding light. Amy thought it was nonsense, she saw no blinding light. Amy was about to call Claire a liar but before she could utter any words Claire had gone. Just gone. All Amy could see was a blinding light. This is shocking news thought Pete, and proceeded to tell Kate all that he had heard from above. Kate asked if he knew what colour the light was? He admitted that he didn't know, so he asked Sam if she knew, but Sam wasn't making any sense. Sam was in a panic, and then she was gone. All Pete could see was a bright circle. Nothing he had ever seen before. Then the circle became eclipsed and he felt his body move. He was lifted into a magical place full of life and colour. It was wonderful! Then... CRUNCH!
