When I saw this picture...
...my first thought was: "I wonder what it would be like to be that orderly, standing that close to the Joker" (you know, if he were a real psychopathic hyper-badass). I imagine, in real-life, he would be pants-pissingly scary.

he looks kinda like Dr Hannibal Lecter straped to that trolley, which lends to the scary, if he was in a cage I doubt that I would tease or poke him with a stick haha

That's not so bad. It's probably much more rational insight into the characters actually. My first thought was "Oh that's nice, they let him keep his suit on. I'd have thought they'd make him change into one of those bright orange uniforms that asylum inmates usually wear. It's a nice suit..."
