Hola!
I thought it was about time I got on here and updated my life's status for anyone who might care to know....
My social life is pretty hectic these days. Between work, sleep, spending time with my insignificant other and trying to still see my friends often enough to have the right to call them that, I don't get a chance to be on here too much any more.
Last night Sarah (the aforementioned insignificant other) and I went, courtesy of work, to see August Rush at the Regent. It's a bit of a fairy-tale romance feel-good affair, but it was pretty cool to go and see it for free. We backed it up with dinner at the Pancake Manor, which I love.
Tonight is pretty low key.
Tomorrow night we go to see a friend compete in some Triple J stand-up comedy affair; which I'm really looking forward to, and we keep the laughs rolling into Thursday night when we see the Umbilical Brothers at the Powerhouse.
Friday night I'm sure has a plan, but it escapes me right at the moment.
Uni goes back on Monday and I can't fucking wait. Sarah studies the same degree as I do (albeit a year ahead of me) so she'll be on campus to keep things interesting, we even have a class together due to some creative enrolling! I've also managed to secure a few days work at my current employer which is kind of against an unspoken policy of theirs but which ensures I'll be fiscally solvent during this semester! WooHoo!
All in all, things are going really well. For those of you I haven't spoken to in a while, rest assured you're not forgotten, I think about all of you fondly, its simply the tyrannical nature of time to elude me!

I nearly went to see August Rush, but couldn't be bothered, a lady at work had 20 double passes to it. The girls said it was a good movie, started a bit slow but picked up really well.
