I finished the first draft of my extended writing project today.
That's 6000 words of verbal constipation over and done with, until it comes time to rewrite it all.
It's the single longest piece I've ever written and I'll be first to admit that it is also some of the worst writing I've ever put my pseudonym on. Although it does end on a high note.
The closing phrase is: "Somebody get me a Kleenex and a coffee."
