Sad day in the world of Comedy.
A legend is gone.
I was shocked to hear the news since it just happened all at once and unexpectedly. I knew of his heart problems but i thought he would be around for a lot longer then this.
I know he is known for his stand-up work, but one of my favourite performances by him was in the movie Jersey Girl. I know most people will knock that movie but im a Kevin Smith fan and enjoy all his movies. But the way George Carlin tackled that role was amazing. He didnt rely soley on his comedic ability, he relied on his acting ability and gave one hell of a performance as Ben Affleck's father and helping him raise his child. I do recommend people to watch that movie, you can really feel that Carlin was indeed Bart Trinke.
The world seems a little less funny without him in it now.
You will never be forgotten George.

now a summary of my weekend
I went to my moms Saturday cause she needed yard work done. I just didnt realise how bad her backyard was. Even though its small she let it grow and weeds were everywhere, her rose bush grew too big and most was dead. So i figured she has easy tools for me to use, when i get there all i had was Garden Shears and a hatchet. Let me tell you it was not fun, it took way longer then expected and had to use every muscle in my body i was sore the next day. But the good news is all the weeds are gone, i got rid of her rose bush, left a lil bit so it could try to grow to a decent rose bush later and her yard looks bigger.
Sunday i just relaxed all day and didnt wanna do much was still sore lol Not complaining but really couldnt do much. I just took my dog for walks and played online poker at fulltilt.com. Not for real money but fake money which i hope to turn into real money later. I just started and finished second in one tournament but it was only credit wins. 4,000 so not bad.
I'll write more later with another set i like up to showcase lol
