My Weekend wrap-up. Figured I just wait until monday and talk about my whole weekend instead of each day.
Friday
I went to see Chris Rock do his stand-up routine at Massey Hall which is in Toronto. Third time i been there. First time was for Jon Stewart and second time was for Dave Chappelle. Chris Rock had me in tears from laughing so much, he was on his game. He covered everything from Bush to Obama/Clinton/Mccain to homosexuals to jobs/careers to his racial humour. It was funny all the way through. I hope others had the opportunity to see him in Toronto or any other place that he is doing his No Apologies tour, well worth the price of admission.
Saturday
I had plans to go see a friend who wanted me over to her place since it was her birthday, she wanted me to be her present LOL. that never happened, woke up late and had some things to do and i didnt have her phone number and she never came on. Her loss. But i guess another friend was thankful for that. She messaged me freaking out, saying she was having her bad nightmares again so i went over to her place before she did something stupid. I watched The Golden Compass with her til she fell asleep then i spent about 10 minutes finding her keys so i could lock up and get home. Im glad she is alright
Sunday
Sunday i just relaxed and watched Nascar. Yes i like Nascar its some good racing, especially when they are at Bristol. Gotta love the short tracks, always crashes and exciting finishes. I dont wanna see anyone get badly hurt but i love the crashes, i find a race boring otherwise lol. Im a huge Dale Jr fan and glad to see hes bounced back in a huge way. Finished 5th which means he as 3 consecutive top 5 finishes and 4 top 10 finishes in 5 races. He probably would have had another if it wasnt for Casey Mears crashing into him in the Auto Club 500. Poor Stewart leads the most laps again and doesnt win. Hamlin too, his car failed him it seems. Nice to see Burton pull off a win even though i had Harvick on my Yahoo Fantasy team for the week lol
and that was my weekend
