Here are a few outtakes from the upcoming set with
AvaAdora that will be in review on Tuesday night.
We were in a dark club and the main source of light was a dinky 100 watt bulb in my strobe. The 2nd light was a flashgun and it has no modeling light, so she was very very very very patient as my camera struggled to focus on her in the dark.
Add to that, I had to keep an eye on the mirror behind her to make sure that I didn't show up in the pictures. Oops, here's one where I didn't stand far enough to the side. This shot didn't make the set, so I didn't have to bother cropping or painting myself out.
Here's another shot where I thought I was far enough away, but I was laying down and apparently my legs were sprawled into the shot. Doh!!!
But, all I had to do was crop it and paint myself out of the corner.
On Sunday the 18th I have a set coming up for review with
Ashbury. Here are a few peeks behind the scenes from that set.
She was working the front, back, side and top of a sports car, so I needed a really wide wall of light. For this one I had the parabola shooting as wide as it could on the left side of the camera and to the right was a shoot through brolly box. It kept things pretty consistent and she was able to move wherever she wanted to without me having to move the lights around.
However, the car was really dirty!
And after climbing around on the car, we had to bring in a team of engineers to clean off her dirty bum.
