Happy New Year to ya! It's been a busy year as far as photography goes. I started shooting sets in February, and have learned a lot since those first few attempts. At the time I thought I knew what I was doing, but quickly learned that I was clueless.

Crop out the light at the top of the last photo. No one wants to see the lighting set up in the photos

The North Florida Fair is in town and I entered a few photos in the art contest. Oddly enough, I won first place in the Professional Color Portrait division. I'm back!! My internet went out on Saturday, and today the cable man came to save the day. He tinkered with some wires, climbed up on a ladder, tinkered with some more wired, went back up on the ladder, and then called the cavalry because there is a problem affecting my whole street. But at least everything works (for now)
