What a tedious project that prof gave us monday. That sucked. Usually the first day is to go over the syllabus and talk about the class and all but, nope, he starts giving us lengthy reading assignment and all these high-schoolish questions to answer. So much for the going at your own pace thing. The guy was wearing this lime green shirt with black spots that reminded me of mint chocolate chip ice cream though. I was beginning to crave some ice cream halfway through the class.
The guy looks so much like PeeWee Herman it isn't even funny. I just may refer to him as professor peewee whenever i mention the class from here on.
On a happier note i got my new national geographic yesterday and unlike the last few that have been a little lacking in good articles, this one had a behemoth tornado on the cover so i knew that was a good sign. Haven't read much of it yet but I will. Anyone subscribe to National Geographic or Smithsonian Magazine? How about Newsweek? I used to have the lattermost but getting one everyweek cluttered(sp?) up my apartment and so i cancelled the subscription last year. Good magazines all of them.
Bok?? lol i love that. Bok bok bok
EDIT: I lost half my entry!! That sucks! Fine whatever i'll just put up the quote i had already and move on to the boards.

I actually get National Geographic and Smithsonian...or they both come to my house and I read them and then cut them up to put in collages but I think the actual subscriptions are in my dad's name. I definitely agree that they had been lacking in the amazing story realm lately.
Why I majored in Psych...well there are many reasons really. I find it a fascinating field, how can you not enjoy learning more about what makes people tink? I find it very satisfying that I portray a levelheaded person (except for my men in skirts but they are wicked cute so I don't care who thinks I am weird because of it.
I wanted to thank you for your list of things to consider when it came to deciding about the Grand Canyon. Sometimes it is easier to see all sides and benefits of things when someone else says them for you.
