It's monumentally cynical to discriminate against people who are harming no one and can't be accused of offending other users since as far as I can tell, accounts that are uninteresting to any particular individual are effectively invisible. I see it as part of the mindset that has made permanent war a normal thing because weapons manufacturers like money and will reward their friends. I may be looking for connections that don't exist but I think society's leaders have abandoned any pretense of real decency and pitting one group against another is now in evidence everywhere we look. In that context, Twitter has presumably seen a profit potential in demonstrating a willingness to punish a group with no power to push back at them. This is probably disjointed but I'm tired. In any case, I'm sorry you're being hurt by the craziness that has enveloped us.
