My flat is located about 1.25 miles west from downtown, and I go to downtown by my bike, Kill Your Idol. I moved to my flat in September, 2007, but I usually stay in other places in other countries, and this is my very first time to stay at my flat more than 3 months. Now I've been here since the middle of February, so about 4 months have past so far, and I started exploring my area by my machine Kill Your Idol.



Amazing!! There is a temple which has a huge Buddha statue.
I've heard about it before, but there are some more famous and beautiful shrines and temples, so I didn't care about this Buddha statue. Also there is a branch shrine of Itsukushima Shrine just behind my apartment. Yes, my neighborhoods are some goddess of Japanese mythology.

And I found a factory which has a train and a grade crossing inside. I can see some train from outside of the gate, and these are amazing, too. I found a big shopping mall next to this factory, and I think I will come here for shopping next time. I never came this area before, because I didn't need to go there. Everything is in my walking distance, and downtown is opposite direction. Only just 10-15 minutes bike ride, I can explore, and find new fun stuff.
