thanks so much to all of you fine folks who expressed your concern for me. i woke up today feeling good again.

it's very rare for me to be upset, so when it happens it tends to be quite intense. but i also rebound fairly quickly. i have amazing people in my life who make it rather impossible to remain dejected. especially my best friend - he knows me so well and can make me laugh no matter what. and he's helped me through much more difficult times.

today was an excellent day as well. after class i shared lunch and margaritas by the pitcher with a dozen fabulous friends in the glorious socal sun. then i met up with some other friends for a little shopping. new shoes, new watch, new books, and new clothes (including a dress for prom, although my attendance remains t.b.d.), and since it's drop day we were obligated to hit up amoeba. (for those of you unfortunate unfamiliars, amoeba is the greatest record store on earth. and don't argue with me). new music. we somehow managed to spend 3 hours there....ok, lots of new music. i fall in love with isaac brock's voice all over again every time i hear it.

so basically, i spent way more $$$ today than i should have. especially since i've remained concertedly unemployed for the last 4 months. oh well.

i'm going to go sell my body on sunset now.
