nothing too exciting going on here.
lots of studying. class all day today. i'm boring.
i did some massage and energy work on a good friend of mine who is recovering from being electrocuted 3 weeks ago. it was such a random thing. she opened a swinging door and there was an electrical cord running thru the hinge. the rubber had worn down from the opening and closing of the door and it fried her. now she's dealing with all kinds of pain and neurological problems. and it's just so strange to see her struggle because she was one of the healthiest people i know. and she is amazing because she focuses on all the good things and the fact that it could have been much worse. i guess that's what a tragedy does though; it makes you more aware of the positive aspects of life.

focusing on all positive things is the best thing to do, that's what I usually do. so, at work and in my private life, I always look happy... and I am !

I got zapped from a button on an old elevator. Only about 3 seconds and I didn't get hurt bad like your poor friend. I was just real dizzy for awhile ... but what's new.
