As you probably figured out, I fell asleep. DEAD asleep by 11pm. I really went OUT like a light. It was a good sleep. I needed it.

So, can I have that herbal supp. tonight? I woke up pain free but hobbled to the kitchen to feed the kitty as that tendon was not limber at all. Felt like I was 85 years old.
