I enjoy simple things, unfortunately life is a constant struggle and the best thing that has helped me get by is things like watching my nerdy tv shows and movies. Being able to transport to a different place mentally has been my best medication. Star Trek is one of those happy places for me. Plus this may sound weird but the humming of the ship helps relax me.
