In the past couple of weeks i have read both 1984 and Animal Farm. I have to say that I liked 1984 for its currents relevance. But I also have to said that it could be argued that Animal Farm is basically the same book. Sure he directed towards the russians of old(maybe the current one to?). But there is no denying how similar they are.
I have three books now that I am currently trying to read. The first is 'The God Question' It is a book about what famous thinkers -from plato to dawkins- have said about the god. The next is 'Black Hole War' and it is about what happens after matter goes into a black hole. There is quite the argument about this an this covers a couple of the sides. And lastly is 'the Boomer Bible'. Here is the review from publishers weekly via amazon.

I guess i find to many books interesting at once. It makes it hard to focus solely on one because i get excited about the next one.
