So the newest Firefox update maybe sg look even sexier for me. I not sure why it changed the colors a bit but it did. No matter, I like them.

So if you hadnt noticed I am trying to making an effort with getting started on my book. Hence the sometimes lengthy and random passages busting out of my journal. I am sure most people will see them and let out a very satisfying ugh. I am not asking anyone to read them or even notice they are there. Although if you do read em I would like to know what you think. This is more of an outlet for me. A place for me to practice a bit and maybe get some contact with the outside world all at once.

In other news I finally got my PS3's wifi to play along with my router. I am really jazzed about that. I played the concept version of Grand Turismo HD for about two hours. And now I am downloading what looks like some more advanced version of twisted metal. Sony launch titles for this new system kind blew. Which sucks for them because it really is the best next-gen console you can buy. I fun just hasn't quite caught up with it yet.

Galileo once said "eppur si muove". It means, and yet it moves. I would love to live my life on that one phrase. But this weekend I did not. I met up with a friend at the local coffee shop. We discussed the war over a piping hot Americano. I grew up in the type of atmosphere that makes a guy want to both die(or at least say I will) for is country and second guess his fathers morals. He had something against Arab people, or at least he made it seem that way. I always found that kind of odd seeing as is is probably the smartest person I have ever met. Living there however did instill a sense of patriotism in me. Enough so that after high school I joined the navy. I know it is not the Marines or anything, but it is still saying that I will not hesitate to stand in between the rest of the world and my country if need be. Dieing in defense of my friends and family is alright with me although I would prefer to keep on breathing in and out on a mostly regular basis. My friend on the other hand was like me in a way. She would defend her friends but would never kill anyone to do it unless directly threatened herself. I thought that was a very noble idea, hell I probably even think the same way on some level. It just seems to me that you cannot alway talk somebody out of attacking your country. Words can only do so much and then you have no choice but to stop them by force. I do not want to kill anyone especially when there is no need for it. But I won't also will not hesitate to shoot back at someone who fires on my family. And even though most of this country is stupid and infantile, they are still my countrymen and I will defend them to the grave. But I digress. I real root of what we where talking about and the reason I am now considering taking a few more world history classes is why most of the middle east is so pissed of at us. Me and my limited knowledge says that if someone bombed me for that many years, I just might think about hitting them back. We are both in agreement there granted most of are knowledge of the history between our countries was learned about while watching CNN. Sometimes I think I should have done a lot less sleep in class and more paying attention. Or a lot more showing up for school at least.

Last time we tried to hang up posters, out of nowhere, it just started absolutely pouring rain. We soldiered on. By the time we were done, we were all completely soaked and freezing to death. frown

Until we ran out of staples at which point we felt especially dumb. And very, very wet. But the show the posters were for was amazing so I guess it was worth it. Also, I met this chick. love

I dunno if I've said this before but you have pretty eyes. Just thought you should know.
