Ugh. Not only have I gone two weeks since updating THIS journal, but I've left my livejournal, which I HAD been updating relatively religiously, untouched since about Friday.
I've just been BUSY. My best friend has just come into town from Little Rock on Saturday night, and we hung out for a couple of days, but given we both know how busy I am during school/work, we can't really hang out again until Wednesday night.
I told Elaine about my livejournal. Actually, I wrote down the addy during conversation and she said, "Oh that's nice." and put it aside the way one throws waste into the garbage can. Just in case, I checked the LJ and made sure to delete all lewd references to her. Isn't that HORRIBLE? I preach on about honesty and having nothing to hide and here I am editing out R rated references to a girl because I told her about my LJ (and she probably won't even read the damn thing!). I felt so dirty but felt it was a necessity, the way one feels when they NEED coffee and Starbucks is the only place in the area for miles and they buy coffee there. Same thing with McRatburgers.
Geology class tonight and there's only two or three class sessions left. There's this AWESOME-BEAUTIFUL woman in our class but she talks way too damn much and may be Mormon, which puts a damper on things, but only if I was gonna do something stupid like ask her out. I try not to watch her before class because staring isn't polite. Listening is OK, though it's hard to listen to someone when you're not looking at them and there's a bunch of other people talking around you.
It's VERY early. I should at least try and make up for lost time on LJ as well. AND HERE AS WELL, don't think I've forgotten you guys. I'll be around.
