My cover letter and resume contain fabricated lies because my professor told me to put them in but if I was hiring civil engineers and they read my cover letter and resume, I'd hire that bastard SilentType right away! Does that make any sense?

Calculus test went GREAT, but no one cares so we'll move along. Well except for penny, aka Saturday Night's Alright for...

Hi! I'm not QUITE back. Allegedly my internet service comes back on at midnight tonight.
You really are the silent type? Yes, no, maybe so?
And do you have a favourite book?
May I suggest Albert Goldman's Elvis, the scathing biography?
*smirk*
rogueboy:
Hee hee.

Yeah, Dia, I don't run my mouth too much, so yeah, the name fits.

Elvis, eh? I'll try to find it later and see if I can sqeeze it in between work and classes. Thanks.

Monday night slash Tuesday morning, man I'm tired.

People on this site are going crazy. Calm down, we're all friends. Aren't we?

Calculus test Wednesday, I will be okay. Resume and Cover Leter due Wedsnesday in Business, unlike most of those spoiled silver-spoon motherf*ckers in that class I ALREADY have a resume and just need to touch it up. Writing a cover letter will be...

Elaine is beautiful.

My Saturday classes are hella boring.

Running into your wiseass business professor in a cafe on Saturday night is always uncomfortable. Especially when he looks down at your copy of ESPN the Sports Magazine and asks why you're not reading your business textbook.

And Saturday night continues. I have written a pretentious poem I would like to share with you all, because...

Thank you very much, solisis. I used to do this ALL the time, back when I had just quit college several years ago. It'll likely be a more random thing but I'll post more. I'll even try and find some of my older stuff, but it's REALLY weird; you've been warned.

I spent 9-11-02 in a Super 8 Motel in Hurricane, Utah watching MTV in my underwear in the bed. MTV did something they haven't done in a while:

They played videos.

Collect yourselves. Yeah, they place Bruce's 9-11 song The Rising once every hour, maybe even more than that, but cool for them to actually play videos for once.

Hurricane was nice, no noise. I...

Well, I am on my way to Cedar City for a couple of days. I'm going to chill out, maybe get some writing done, some reading... or maybe I'm gonna sit in front of the TV and watch Real World and Undressed marathons until they kick me out of my motel room.

Either way, I'm going to go relax and I shall read y'all on...

This impending war with Iraq is really bothering me. Just as much the fact that MAYBE Saddam has chem-bio-nuke weapons and wants to use them on us, but that NO ONE around me in Vegas is at all concerned.

I mean, yes, he probably isn't capable of rocket-launching a nuke anywhere near the Eastern Seaboard, but what if he has agents in the country right...

Thanks, suoda. Your appreciation is genuinely appreciated.

Well, 24 hours later and I still have an account, so I must not have offended the gods. Much like the Greek literature I am being coerced into reading by my English professor.

And I actually did like the excerpts from The Iliad that we had to read, thought that's exactly what theyw ere, excerpts, and the full...

My account's days may be numbered.

I talked to my best friend bebop and asked him why he had stopped posting to the site. He said his account stopped working and that, despite e-mailing Spooky about it, nothing was done for a couple of weeks. Finally he asked that if Spooky wasn't going to fix his account that he'd like a refund. Spooky took offense...

The boards bother me.

Other than that, things were alright today. I had to take off early because I got no sleep the night before and needed to sleep some. My boss was pissed, but try eight hours of work and a three hour lab on no sleep yourself, honey, before passing judgement on me. I left and got a couple of hours sleep.

My...

My sister's dog barked all damn night and now I'm awake with barely any sleep wondering how I'm going to make it through an 18 hour day.

This is bullsh*t. Her boyfriend brought over this big dog for her to watch while she was away. Long convoluteed story that I don't know all of nor do I care at this point. That dog was well...

I had a lay-out-and-do-nothing weekend this three day weekend, which has now become four due to no work, which makes me HAPPY, happier than you can believe.

I just bought the remainder of my school supplies, along with a foreign languages program for fun and a DIGITAL CAMERA!! I'll play around with it later, but the new photo on the left is the direct result...

Here's post that would have went up yesterday, had it not been for site issues:

September 2, 2002

My head hurts.

I tried posting an entry yesterday and the site reset and lost it all. It's been doing this A LOT lately. Anyone *coughspookycough* have any idea why?

I've spent this weekend laid out doing a lot of nothing. Obviously the past week has left me VERY tired and I am still feeling the exhaustive effects. I spent all this Labor Day morning in bed drifting in and out of consciousness and wondering why the hell I was so tired, them remembering that until two nights ago, I had running around like mad for the last 5 or 6 days.

I plan on writing a bit, but I also have to do my Calculus homework at some point, plus read my business textbook, catch up and come to class prepared for once. And oh yeah, I still have to read The Iliad. I cheated and read the Cliffs Notes while in Border's last night, but only to get a sense of the plot and where it is going, as I find that it helps me enjoy the story and makes me willing to sit through the boring, outdated language of the Greek to English translation. I'm still going to read the whole thing, as you can't half ass your way through a college class.

I have a large headache. I'm not sure why, as nothing has really stressed me lately and I didn't have coffee any earlier or later than I am accustomed to. IT'S NOT A TUMOR.

I am going to need to find a job. I think I'll call Eastridge's avaliability line and give them two days to respond. If I hear nothing, I'll start applying elsewhere.

I'm going to write a wrestling show now. Don't ask. It's a LONG story.

More to come as it develops.

I can do it - see:

Warning: This is Long.

I found out tonight that Elaine has a boyfriend, after she mentioned him in casual conversation aka HINT HINT. No, I don't hit on her or anything, she just mentioned that she was helping him move and it sucks.

One thing ran through my mind over and over again, weaving through my heart and soul as I drank my soy latte...
