It's been a long day so far...
My grandparents always call me when they have computer problems. They seem to have them fairly frequently too, prolly because they're old. Stupid comp always has problems.
Well after switching out an excessively loud power supply, I discovered that the CPU fan was not working, and after digging through my computer graveyard I could not find a suitable replacement.
So my grandmother wanted to go out and get one. The computer store was only 10 minutes away, yet with her driving it managed to take about 30. The drive home was no shorter.
Another hour or so later I had managed to get the damn comp functioning and relatively spy/adware free, and I believe I was successful as I am typing this from their computer at this moment.
Mission accomplished. Status: Bored.
Well, it's time now to go beg for gas money, loot their cupboards for sustenance and head home.
