Well, I can find a new job, but not yet. I have to stick it out for atleast another two years so that I can get my 401k out of the company. I have to be 5 years vested in order to take my company match with me if I leave, and I'm not leaving without it. I've busted my ass for way too long to just pack up and go. I figure it's worth the wait...then I'm going to find a real job and say screw 'em.
So, technically, the answer to your question is no...can't find a new job.
