Figured I'd give a status update on things:
Family thing - wasn't that bad; I just did the camera-stalking thing for the most part taking pictures of everybody we knew.
My son got his face painted like a hamster (he's fixated on hamsters and WoW - the first due to a stupid computer game my mom bought him and the second due to - well a me and a stupid computer game I play)
I heard from my buddy - yes we're going to the Ren Fest and she's bringing some of her girlfriends with her - this should be entertaining - me and 3 20something girls
. 
I didn't get any actual work done yesterday which is not a good thing - so I'm gonna start as soon as I post this and brush my teeth

I've never been to a Renn Fest, but I had some friends who went every year and loved it. Have a great time!
