Kids are alot of fun. I don't recommend them for everyone, hell, I don't know that I'd have recommended it for me, but being a father is a real blast, in addition to way more responsiblity then I really wanna deal with

Anyway - we stopped at the toy store yesterday to get a gift card for my son to give to my niece for her birthday. While I was there I bought my son some legos - cuz - well, I love legos.
So - he built the thing, and put it on my desk so it could keep me company and watch me play WoW when he couldn't.
Cool.
BTW, I play WoW to f'n much. So - those of you that'd be thinking of saying something? ya don't need to, I know

Tomorrow's monday and I start on a new project - this should be fun. I'm writing the test harness to show our app can handle the user load our requirements call for. I'm not entirely sure what they want to do will demonstrate that the app will perform under load but hey, I got no better answers than what they want me to do so we'll go with it.

Heh, I wish you could take me out for whiskey, going out for whiskey is fun!
Trouble is, i had too much fun with whiskey (and other spirits) on Saturday. I drank too much, played floor guitar whilst on the karaoke machine and the whole of The Shoulder of Mutton saw my pants.
I got up for the anime con the next day and the room span so I had to go back to bed
