Dunno about this "cancel school on snow threat" stuff - worked OK last week but today it's 3:00 and the stuff is FINALLY starting to lay on the roads. It's sorta messin' up my schedule at work which is very fixed to "get it done by X" rather than "here's a bucket of hours, have at".
It wouldn't matter to much except X is VERY close and between being sick and being snowed on and my wife having NO flexibility with her job I'm pretty toast.
Oh, well.
Still and all - the snow's pretty!
So - to work I go, as soon as I clean up a bit (dunno why, I always feel more like working after I take a shower - it's kinda weird).

The school's are whimps... i grew up in CT. ( well partly) and we rarely had snow days- unless it had been snowing for several days and there was a couple of inches of ice to boot- well at least I don't remember having ENOUGH snow days.
