My lease is up on the first of September. I've been looking at places downtown, Capital Hill/Wash/Cheeseman area. They have a lot of sweet 1 bdrooms for $400 and I'm pretty stoked about what I've found. They have even sweeter 2 bdroms for $600-800, which is what I would prefer. The problem is that I can't afford that on my own. If anyone is looking for a roommate around September, or better yet, might want to go look for a place, I'm looking like mad.

I've got a stellar rental history, I've lived with both guys and girls, I have never fought with roomies about anything (besides my ex-gf, but that's different). All that, and I'm also mad fun to hang out with.
