Bad things that have happened last year:
My tire was slashed
I got a ticket for no car insurance
My bike was stolen
My other bike's rear tire was stolen
My girlfriend left me for a deadbeat
My sugar glider passed away
One of my very closest friends had to move away to "clean up"
º HBO canceled Carnivle

Good things that have happened to me last year:
I got a job that I love and that I am good at
Got 4 raises in 9 months at said job
º Got my dog, Lucy
Got my first "solo" apartment
Started going out and having fun on a regular basis
Met my current neighbors
Got closer to my friends that I met through SG
Made one friendship different then any I have ever had before.
º Continued to meet new people often
º Created the first web site I have published in years (and got paid for it)


Which way did the pendulum swing last year? Who knows. I suppose it depends on your point of view.
