My mother had a laundry list of things she couldn’t smell until her late 20’s, one of them being flowers. Since I can remember I’ve also been lacking the ability to smell the difference between flowers but don’t want to get tested because American healthcare is worst and I don’t want to be right🥸🪵🌺

Certain shades of blue appear purple to me and in some situations I cannot differ pink from red. Everyone I ever told about that just looked the other way and didn't care one bit. I never had issues because of that but it's weird.
