Unemployment sucks. Yet at the same time I'm hemorraging cash on stuff. I bought a bunch of graphic novels off of eBay last week, bought Pearl Jam tickets and now I bought tickets to see the Dresden Dolls. Tomorrow is The Gossip concert and next week is Charlotte Martin. So right now my concert calendar looks like this:

March 25th: The Gossip @ The Knitting Factory
April 2nd: Charlotte Martin @ The Knitting Factory
April 22nd: The Dresden Dolls @ Webster Hall
June 3rd: Pearl Jam @ Continental Airlines Arena

I really am regretting not going to the Bring Em Home benefit concert Monday night or Christina Courtin last night. The benefit show was apparently amazing and they had cheap seats too (well relatively). Christina isn't well known nationally but she's selling out shows constantly in NYC without an album (not even a demo) or label. Simply word of mouth and talent is making her huge.

Also my cell phone finally got to the point where it was unusable and I had to get a new one so I managed to talk my parents (who pay for my cell phone because my dad gets a discout because he works for the city) to get me a razr phone. So I got a brand new phone.

I'm hoping to get a shirt at the Gossip show tomorrow night and I know I'm buying a dvd at the Charlotte Martin show. I need a job.
