Yesterday I tuned my first piano for pay and I got a check for 50 bucks. I'll eventually charge 75 like everyone else in town after I get more experience. I think I did a decent job for a beginner. It took me about four hours so I really need to work on speeding up.
In other news, I food an old Jimi Hendrix cassette tape and that made me happy, since I lost my Hendrix CD. I can get frustrated listening to the radio sometimes because nothing new seems all that great. Don't get wrong, there's a lot of new music I like. The lyrics to "How to save a life" really make you think. But, I know that someday there will be another genius like Jimi that makes people stop and just be like "woah." I can't wait for that day to come.
