I don't understand. To find out about DBM's friend Patrick, and then Benni just hurts, even though I know neither of them personally. It reminds me of when my mom told me that dad had died when I was twelve. It was like a lead weight was dropped into my stomach. And I felt that same feeling, that fateful day in homeroom when I found out about Tony's suicide. It just hurts, it hurts.
