Well on Monday I was outfitted with a super cool full leg brace which starts at my upper thigh and goes to my ankle. Super comfortable, eh. My knee has felt better and after my spill on Sunday, I'm sure is not anywhere near being better on the inside. Of course I was told it was probably a miniscus tear and nothing more, which can either heal on its own or require surgery which means future arthritis. Joy. Fuck getting old.
