5 days sober! And no I'm not a AA member or a recovering alcoholic, I'm just giving myself a break from drinking. That and I've been consuming so much beer in the past few weeks that the term beer belly fully applies to me, as I've put on 10 lbs. I watch the video that was taken from our cruise and damn, yours truely is truely chunky. Hopefully with my abstaining from alcohol, I'll begin dropping off some of this weight.
