Ah three more days and I'll be in LA. I'm so looking forward to being alone for a few days. I must admit, having someone living with you sucks. Anyhow, I'm gonna play super tourist while I'm in LA since the last million times I"ve been there I haven't gotten the chance. Last time I was there I was in a wedding and I only got one day to do the tourist thing, which was fun as can be. My parents and I went to Hollywood and down the Strip and into Beverly Hills (Rodeo Dr.) for lunch. Quite fun. We ate at the Alley Grill or something like that and I had some great mussels. I actually might head back there. On my docket is looking for apartments, going to see the Hollywood sign, driving to Malibu, having lunch or dinner at the Rainbow, and just taking in Sunset Strip. I'm not much for the beach so I won't be doing that. I might go up to Burbank since I really like Burbank, but I'm normally driving to the airport when I go there. I spent a good amount of time flying from Sacramento to Burbank a few years ago for work and I was normally driving out to Woodland Hills (near Hidden Hills/Thousand Oaks) to work, and I would have to drive through Burbank each time. I really liked it. It was the only LA city I had been to that actually felt like its own city. I'm really jazzed for this trip. I've always wanted to live in LA and now I'm gonna see where I can live. I have an apartment building that I want to get into by the Farmers Market on La Brea, but everytime I ask for information, I get snubbed. Of course they probably don't help people who are looking to move half a year out. I'm pretty sure that I'll be heading out there alone, which is fine with me. I'm young and I'm dumb and I seek adventure! I'm also gonna go perv at Ozzy Osbornes house since I know where he lives. I'm such a fan boy! If its any think like the rest of my year, I'm sure I'll end up meeting him like I've met so many of my heroes so far this year (Zakk Wylde, Scott Ian...) I do wish I had a really cool woman to go with me, but oh well, no luck. Well I'm gonna go check out some pages then get to bed since I have to be up early. Love to all of you!
