I would like to take this time to express my appreciation of the person who invented oat bran english muffins. When Eden brought these home neither one of us knew they were not regular english muffins. I'm a big fan of english muffins anyway, but still . . . these oat bran muffins leave all the others in the dust.

Yeah, but have you tried Portuguese muffins? I forget who makes them..but DAMN! If I ever make it down that way again, I will bring you and Eden some.
