Ah. Super stressed right now. The boys at my tattoo shop in Tallahassee are big babies who need someone to watch over them 24/7! We constantly have customers messaging and calling me telling me there's a "out to lunch" sign on the door for hours at a time. Basically, the guys make the money they need and then go off to do whatever the fuck they want. They forget there's a business there to run. I'm at a loss of what else to do. We let them do whatever they want, whenever they want, all I ever ask is to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day. They're allowed to come and go as they want as long as the apprentice is there to call them and have them come back when work comes in. I even let them take vacations whenever they want as long as someone else can cover them, yet, they still fail me. They go on outings and take the apprentice with them so our shop is left unmanned and money walks away. Talk about frustrating!!

Want to know what would really help my stress level? If any of you know a tattoo artist that would like to relocate to Tallahassee, Fl to work and manage my tallahassee shop! They'd get to be their own boss, make 60% AND bonuses!
