Happy Australia Day! 've never usually given a rats about January 26th before but after 2.5 years overseas I think I'm allowed to get a little patriotic. I had a good day, I went to Southbank with my mum for a few hours, where we got tipsy and loud watching the crapy 60s cover band and looking at vintage FJ Holdens. Then I learnt Bollwood dancing which was when Anthony, Dazza and Katie came to say hello, how embarassing! I left mum a bit later to go to Tate's Australia Day party but we never actually made it there, instead crashing the party of Anthony's neightbour. We then met up with a bunch of the ADICTS girls (god this is making very little sense, even to me) to The Met where we all got trashed and stayed ut til 5am.

Today I saw "Pan's Labyrinth" with mum (my god it was an excellent film, despite some really gruesome scenes) before we came home so I could rest up. I should have gone to see a few rockabilly bands in the Valley tonight but I was tired and am coming down so I decided to let it go for once. Plus I'm going to Australia Zoo in the morning and I need lots of rest.

Oh crap, I saw Lily Allen the other night with Greg, Rook and Dazza and let's just say my love for her has increased 10 fold. She is so London it hurts.
