i made it, 3 weeks without a single log on to msn, sg or any other sites that had been too much a part of my reality for too long
let the past be the past, i am over it, fuck it
it still pangs my heart to know that people who claim to be one thing are really just wolves in sheeps clothing, but that happens.
I will just have to be more diligent in the future when i choose who to trust and who to associate with.
Mt Isa is going great guns, I ran into a mate from high school and as a result have a crew up there. It is good to know i am no longer alone up there.
Every night i have gone out lately has been an awesome experience, regardless of where i go, what i take and what i do. ...... It is a welcome return to fun as every time i stepped out in brisbane over the past 3 months (on my "fun" holidays) my night turned to shit and my head got fucked up, it is never fun when you are consistently called a "fucked up slut", coming down and being told that is even worse.
Christmas was fun and good. I travelled home for it and spending time with family and friends makes it well worth it.
......date with cute short bar chick went good, have seen her a few more times, but she explained to me that although she does like me, she is not ready for a relationship. She told me that she wanted to hang out with me, but was not keen for any thing more.
I respect that a lot, bluntly honest and open. I am glad she didn't just kiss me or lead me on in any way. I much prefer the way she treated me, like a person, not like some feelingless piece of meet that is something to play with.
my christmas wish for this year was for happiness and confidence
and my new years resolution is simply "to be awesome"
i carry them for the whole year, so they are my themes for the year for lack of a better term
i now own dual dj cd decks and a mixer too, gonna start turning mt isa upside down with some decent beats cut with some savage hardcore ....well that's the plan anyway
