Well, ok that was...erm fun
i am sorer than i have ever been right now, sorer than what i was after dancing continually for 13 hours last year at Toronto's Labor of Love rave ...yes, sorer, and all from one hour
You see, i went to the gym today for a thing called "Al's Attack", a 1 hour long cardio / body circuit workout. ...now everything fucking aches, i almost regurgitated me breakfast, ...which i ate 3 huors earlier ....i mean, u get out of the classes what u put in and i spose i didn't have to push myself, but fuck...if you pay for something you might as well do it right..
on another note, i think i have found my new favourite place in mt isa, the gym. Fit, healthy girls that have a decent vocabulary, care about the way they look and most importantly, they have all of their teethe, i am not exaggerating, the average female in mt isa is a trainwreck to look at, i know i am being very harsh and superficial there, but it is true .......so i am joining the gym
last night was awesome too, i went with my neighbours to an outdoors festival thing put on by the local schools, singing and dancing and miming ...basically performing coreopgraphed dances to all sorts of music, i enjoyed it ....i am not sure if it was good or if i enjoyed it because it was simply something to do....
Although i don't have anything at all in common with my neighbours they are really nice, genuine and sincere people who like to have fun.
We refer to ourselves now as " team 21 Duchess ".

Tomorrow is going to be the first "team 21 duchess golf classic", we are going to head to the golf course early and play a round. It is going to be interesting, i can't really play golf, i kick ass on the x-box, but reality is another story
I have a list of 20 cd's that i want to buy when i get back to brisbane, being in a cultural backwater such as this i now really appreciate brisbane's independent music stores even more now.

fark yeah ....................i only have 2 weeks and then i am back in brisbane for the taste of chaos festival and the SG hookup on the goldcoast, can...can...can't wait
