I quit my job. I was over and done with taking abuse from that fuckface Chef Darrow. It is something I've been meaning to do, but I never did because I needed the money. I still do but now I got the balls to act on behalf of my personal happiness (that's a first one) I rather be low on cash than have to cope with doing the work of three people while being miserable.
Plus, I'm sick of cooking seafood, my damn background is in industrial design, not lobster prep.
I got money to live happily for four more months, I'm gonna look for jobs now, maybe keep selling shoping cart chairs, or...I wonder if there are jobs as a freelance seafood cook?

Yes, in fact I just saw that episode yesterday. I loved the idea of re-using and recycling. It made me very happy.
