is it weird that someone that hasnt ever commented on your journal or vice versa has you as a friend?

so my step dad is making me pay for the car i totalled. its pretty much worthless now so i dont know why he just doesnt drag it to the dump. anyway, 2 problems exist with this. 1 i dont have the kinda money hes asking for and 2 im all the way up in ny and hes in ky and organizing the whole calling business and quote business is too much trouble. i said i was sorry but i really cant do anymore. physically or emotionally.
