I don't post a lot of photos(current pic is about two weeks old) of myself bc I'm guilty I don't go to the gym a lot and due to it being winter I get in that hibernating mode. Tho you obviously can see bit of a difference. As of this year I'm naturally transitioning the slower way as in taking all supplements like DHEA being the main one each day & night bc I still can't get injections right now 😑
