I told him that i wanted to cancel it, then he offered one free month. I remined him i wanted to cancel, then he offered 2 free months of online dailup service (which i've been billed for since April when i originally called to cancel) He said that after the free months, I can call back & cancel. "That is what i'm doing right now! this is my follow up call from April. now cancel me" then he says, "Alright... i don't see why your doing this, but i'll inactivate your account as of today"
c'mon now. so i got a confirmation # so hopefully i still didn't get those free months b/c i haven't used that computer since i left that house in April.
