I got to see Head Automatica for free last night, and I have three observations relating to this event:
1) Head Automatica puts on a great live show. There was a huge amount of energy in the venue, and practically nothing was lost in the transition from the studio to the stage.
2) I still have absolutely no empathy for most people my age. I overheard so many ridiculously immature statements that my head was about to explode. It seems like the trend of acting like you are in high school is not as passe as I would like to believe.
3) Females continue to seem to think that lying about their age to me is a good idea. And why is it most of the kids touting that they are mature for their age prefer to compliment it with lying about that age? That would seem to defeat the purpose. And people wonder why I prefer older girls...
Regardless of observations 2 and 3, I really did have a great time last night, and Warped Tour is next week. Hopefully this will become my chance to break out of being a hermit all of the time.
