it became hot as baaallllls today after work and the a/c in our house is broken, so after my nap (complete with hot weather-induced weird dreams), i got to doing my weight-training for my arms. that got me sweating and into the workout, so i decided not to take the night off from the elliptical and have another go at the Star Trek Basement Gym. i'm not even winded, so i am very happy with that. 50 minutes of constant fast walking/jogging pace would have killed me a month ago. i'm loving this a whole lot. since it's getting nicer out, i'll probably start working out earlier than i have been. might even go to the park for a jog or a bike ride a few times a week.

I wish I could avoid the drama in the groups. Unfortunately everything I say seems to offend people. I honestly don't mean to be insulting and it's really starting to stress me out.
