ok, it's rant time:
alright, i got this paper from my dad today. this guy wrote this about how most guys don't know what it is to be a man today. it's pretty much related to the fact that a lot of guys are raised by their mothers, they don't have a father figure to tell them how to be a man. he talks about how in the old days (like before the renaissance) men would go to war to be a man but then when they got home they were classy and would treat women with respect. now some guys are barbarians (all manly but don't know how to treat women) and then whinny wimps who don't know how to protect their women (not at all manly). then he goes into how women are always complaining about how they can't find a real man. well there ya go! most guys don't know because they never had a father figure. now for me, i get pissed when women don't believe me that i'm generally a good guy. i have a father that i love and who i am grateful that he taught me how to be a man. i've been told that i'm a good mix of passive and aggresive. i don't fuck around and i'm respectful to women. i think this is also why i don't like emo music, i don't like crying about stupid shit. but then it came to me, most women have been dating guys who don't know how to be a man. i'm not saying that all men who don't have fathers fall into those catagories, i'm just saying that there are alot of guys out there who ruin it for us nice guys, us real men. so women, stop going for the flashy guy who....let me give you a hint.......IF HE SAYS HE'S A PLAYER THEN HE WILL CHEAT ON YOU!!!!! just cause some guy doesn't wear the coolest clothes or knows every fucking band out there doesn't mean he's not a nice guy and he'll probably treat you right. some women and guys please tell me your opinion on this, i'm all ears. i really want to know what people think about this.
